• Define and deploy the divisional quality strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Act as a visible ambassador for safety promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment across all locations.

• Establish and maintain quality standards governance and compliance with Group Quality and ISO requirements.

• Drive product and process quality improvements across all locations.

• Lead customer quality and claims management ensuring timely resolution and effective corrective actions.

• Monitor quality KPIs identify risks and implement improvement initiatives.

• Champion key programs including claim management process control FMEA harmonization supplier quality integration and best-practice sharing.

• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and support supplier process and product qualification activities.

• Coordinate audits ensure compliance and drive sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

• Provide functional leadership and development for the global quality community.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Quality Management Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

• 10 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.

• 5 years of leadership experience in an international and/or multi-site organization.

• Proven success in quality transformation customer quality and continuous improvement.

• Experience in the transformer industry is a strong asset; experience in electrical equipment heavy industry or engineered products is also valued.

• Strong knowledge of FMEA root cause analysis audit management and customer claims processes.

• Excellent leadership stakeholder management communication and change management skills.

• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
