Job Summary
- Developing and executing long-term product strategies for RIDGID Klauke and OEM portfolios across Europe
- Managing the complete product lifecycle from strategy development to portfolio optimization
- Building and maintaining product roadmaps and innovation strategies
- Analyzing market trends customer requirements and competitive developments
- Adapting global product strategies to European market requirements and regulations
- Collaborating with Engineering Operations Sourcing Sales and Marketing Communications on new product development initiatives
- Driving successful commercialization and product launch activities
- Defining product positioning pricing strategies and value propositions
- Leading developing and coaching a geographically distributed team of Product and Project Managers
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers channel partners and key stakeholders
- Representing Product Management within the European leadership team
- Leading or supporting strategic global initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience in Product Management Marketing Engineering or a comparable leadership role
- Strong expertise in product lifecycle management and new product development
- Experience in developing and executing product and portfolio strategies
- Good understanding of European markets customer requirements and distribution channels
- Proven people leadership experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent English skills German language skills are considered an advantage
- Strategic mindset and strong business insight
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to make high-quality decisions in complex situations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
