In this role you will take on a key leadership position shaping and developing the regional engineering organization with a strong focus on semiconductor fabrication facilities. You will play a critical role in driving technical excellence enhancing operational performance and contributing to long-term business growth in a highly dynamic and future-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead mentor and develop a team of senior discipline directors and managers within a complex multi-disciplinary EPC engineering environment
Drive engineering performance including resource and capacity planning to meet quality schedule and cost targets
Ensure consistent implementation of global engineering standards tools and digital best practices (e.g. BIM/VDC)
Take accountability for engineerings contribution to regional business performance including financial discipline and scalable growth
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Project Delivery Business Development and Global Engineering
Strengthen engineering competitiveness by building sustainable organizational capabilities and robust talent pipelines
Promote innovation continuous improvement and alignment with global best practices across the engineering function


Requirements
  • Masters degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 15 years of experience in EPC and advanced technology facility projects (e.g. semiconductor fabs battery production or similar high-tech environments)
  • Proven experience leading senior managers within large multi-disciplinary engineering organizations
  • Strong expertise in engineering execution models best-practice tools and structured process environments
  • Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative open-minded leadership style with strong networking capabilities
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous
