- Führung des Information Security-Teams (Aufbau Führung und Entwicklung eines Expertenteams)
- Sicherstellung der fachlichen Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Umsetzung von Information Security-Anforderungen
- Koordination und Umsetzung von Information Security-Vorgaben Begleitung von Audits (z. B. PCI ISO) und Auditnachhaltung
- Zentrale Koordination der Information Security im Unternehmen
- Entwicklung von Policies und Procedures entsprechend Regulierung Branchencompliance und Unternehmensinteressen
- Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung eines angemessenen Security-Levels sowie eines proaktiven Security Awareness-Niveaus
- Security Management und Governance Information Security Beratung Information Security Operations Zertifizierungen und IT-Compliance
- Planung Erstellung und Kontrolle von Personal- und Sachkosten im Verantwortungsbereich

- Fundierte Kenntnisse des IT-Sicherheitsmanagements IT-Prozesse IT-Kennzahlen
- CISSP CISM CISA oder vergleichbare Zertifizierung (erforderlich)
- PCI Standards DSS P2PE PIN PA-DSS PTS (wünschenswert)
- Erfahrung in der Personalführung
- Deutsch (Muttersprache oder verhandlungssicher); Englisch (fließend in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher wünschenswert)
