Your Impact:

• You take end-to-end accountability for a large distributed engineering organization that owns our ambulatory SaaS solutions and the shared framework modules used across all AIS DE products.

• You codefine and drive the strategic producttechnology roadmap for our cloudbased ambulatory portfolio in close collaboration with the executive leadership team.

• You ensure that healthcare regulatory requirementsincluding medical device regulations audits and complianceare rigorously embedded into product development delivery and operations.

• You lead senior leaders and crossfunctional teams continuously increasing scalability quality AI maturity and innovation velocity across products and platforms.

• You represent the domain internally and externally build strong executivelevel stakeholder relationships and position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in the HealthIT market.

Your Profile:

• Longstanding leadership experience at Director / VP / CTO level in SaaS product development ideally with responsibility for large distributed engineering organizations and complex product portfolios.

• Exceptional academic background with a completed university degree and excellent grades preferably in computer science medical informatics engineering or a comparable technical field.

• Deep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms including modern DevOps practices and reliability engineering; handson experience with healthcare regulations (medical devices audits certifications) is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering organizations ideally with firsthand familiarity of Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools (agents skills and workflows) and experience shaping AI pipelines harnesses and context engineering at organizational scale.

• Excellent English and very good German a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset strong execution focus outstanding leadership and communication skills and the ability to guide complex organizations through transformation while staying clearly aligned with our healthcare purpose.
