Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze channel sales PSI inventory partner performance and incentive data to support business decisions and operational excellence.

• Analyze market trends industry insights and channel performance to identify growth opportunities optimize business strategies and drive business development.

• Develop interactive dashboards and self-service analytics using Power BI Tableau and AI-powered analytics tools.

• Collaborate with Sales Channel IT and regional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven digital solutions.

• Drive data governance and improve data quality across PSI inventory partner and sales data.

• Experience with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Python Machine Learning or Generative AI) for data analysis and business automation.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Digital Energy Renewable Energy Solar Energy Storage or B2B channel business is preferred.

• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Experience with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Python Machine Learning or Generative AI) for data analysis and business automation.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
