For our popular outlets Champions Bar & Restaurant andThe Grapeful Vinothek we are looking for you as a Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d) in the à la carte section for the late shift.

Your role what to expect:

• You run your own station in the à la carte operation
• You are part of our kitchen team for Champions & Grapeful
• You prepare fresh high-quality dishes with passion
• You ensure consistently high quality and smooth operations
• You contribute your ideas and continue to develop your skills

Be able.

• Completed training as a chef or comparable experience
• Initial experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis de Cuisine
• Experience in à la carte service (restaurant hotel gastronomy)
• Passion for modern cuisine & international food trends
• Team spirit reliability and a hands-on mentality
• German and/or English
