Demand Generation Manager (mfd) – New Customer Acquisition

• Youll design and manage systematic outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Youll identify search for and find new customersand get them excited about what we have to offer.
• Youll leverage the right channels: LinkedIn content events email and performance marketing.
• Youll build a bridge to the sales team and hand off qualified leads seamlessly.
• Youll measure what works and continuously optimize your efforts.

• Approximately 24 years of experience in demand generation growth or performance marketingideally at a creative agency.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English is a basic requirement for us.
• A genuine interest in sales and business developmentyoure motivated by actively building a new client base.
• Proficiency with common AI tools and an instinct for independently developing new approaches to generate relevant leads.
• Youre curious confident in organizing yourself and others and able to keep track of everything even when juggling multiple tasks.
• You handle setbacks with confidence: rejections and setbacks dont throw you off course.
