Data Analyst Volunteer

For Everyone is a Berlin-based nonprofit working toward a more connected and resilient society. We organize creative workshops and community events that help people feel at home build friendships and find their place in civic life.

Were now launching a new initiative to better understand and grow our impact through data-driven insights. Our events are managed through Eventbrite and we want to use data analysis to understand participation trends engagement levels and audience reach helping us make our programs even more inclusive and effective.

Thats why were looking for a dedicated volunteer to lead our Data Analysis for Eventbrite project. This role will turn event data into actionable insights that guide our strategy communication and community building.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Collect clean and organize event data from Eventbrite and related platforms
2. Build dashboards or visual reports to track attendance demographics and engagement
3. Analyze trends over time e.g. which types of events attract new participants
4. Collaborate with our communications and program teams to translate findings into action
5. Suggest improvements to event promotion and community engagement based on data
6. Share short clear updates and insights with the team regularly

This is a hands-on role with lots of autonomy but youll work closely with a supportive mission-driven team that values collaboration and creativity.

Who This Role Is For

Youll be a great fit if you:

1. Have some experience (or strong interest) in data analysis data visualization or statistics
2. Are familiar with tools such as Excel Google Sheets Python R or Power BI/Tableau
3. Can work independently and communicate results clearly
4. Are analytical detail-oriented and curious about human and community behavior
5. Are fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
6. Want to use your analytical skills to help a nonprofit grow and measure its impact
7.
