Cyber Valley Ambassador

Cyber Valley is Europes largest center of excellence for artificial intelligence and modern robotics. By creating a vibrant ecosystem facilitating smooth collaboration and rapid knowledge-exchange between science business and society we envision a future where the full potential of intelligent systems is leveraged for the greater good of the world.

Cyber Valley stands for scientific excellence and entrepreneurial spirit. It is made up of three key parts: the Innovation Campus the Community and the Company Cyber Valley GmbH. Together we aim to boost research development use and acceptance of intelligent systems.

Join us in celebrating 10years of Cyber Valley one of Europes leading AI and Robotics innovation ecosystems on 9th of September this year @ Tübingen. As ambassadors youll play an important role in creating a welcoming engaging and memorable experience for guests partners researchers students and community members.

We are looking for volunteers to serve as Event Ambassadors for our upcoming event.

• Welcome and register attendees.
• Provide directions and answer general event questions.
• Assist with venue setup and breakdown before and after the event.
• Support session rooms by helping speakers and attendees as needed.
• Guide guests between event areas and manage audience flow.
• Distribute event materials badges and promotional items.
• Support exhibitors partners and organizing staff.
• Monitor event spaces and report any issues to the volunteer coordinator.
• Help ensure the event remains organized safe and enjoyable for all participants.
• Represent Cyber Valley in a professional friendly and inclusive manner.

• Interest in AI robotics innovation science or technology is an advantage but not required.
• Friendly approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
• Able to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
