Customer Success & Project Manager (mfdiv.)

From initial consultation through post-purchase support our service portfolio ensures that customers stay one step ahead in the market. We provide seamless sourcing effective Design for Manufacturing (DFM) consulting and develop customized PCB strategies tailored to our customers needs all supported by our AI-powered end-to-end (E2E) procurement platform.

As Copperdots Customer Interface and End-to-End Project Coordinator you will be responsible for: 

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers in the PCB/A A business
• Manage customer projects end-to-end from RFQ to successful delivery
• Coordinate customers suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Drive quotation clarification supplier alignment and commercial coordination
• Monitor deliveries and proactively manage escalations and open issues
• Ensure transparent communication and fact-based decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with quality logistics and supply chain teams to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Support the sustainable growth and development of existing customer accounts

Qualifications :

• Education: Degree in business administration engineering electronics supply chain management or comparable qualification
• Experience: Several years of experience in account management project management sales operations procurement or customer-facing industrial B2B roles
• Technical background: Knowledge of PCB/A EMS electronics manufacturing or technical supply chains is a strong advantage
• Working method: Structured proactive transparent and target-oriented with strong ownership from RFQ to delivery
• Commercial skills: Ability to balance customer needs supplier constraints risk management and Copperdot business objectives
• Personality traits: Customer-oriented self-confident decision-driven resilient open to feedback and comfortable in dynamic business situations
• Language: Fluent English required; German or additional languages are beneficial
