Für unseren Standort in Neufahrn sind wir ab sofort auf der Suche nach einem Customer Service Specialist DSV Parcel (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:
- Allgemeiner Kundenservice per Telefon und E-Mail
- Organisation von Transporten über unsere eigene Versandsoftware
- Kontakt mit Dienstleistern aus dem KEP-Bereich zusätzlich Overnight On-Board-Kurier Direktfahrten
- Prüfen und Buchen von Eingangsrechnungen
- Erstellung von Kundenabrechnung incl. Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Preiskalkulationen von Ad-Hoc-Anfragen
- Erstellung von Versandpapieren
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wie z.B. Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
- Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an der Speditionsbranche
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gutes Zeitmanagement und organisatorisches Feingefühl
