This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination trading processing and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.
The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site this role you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns including processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.
Temporary work for 1 year with the possibility of extension.
Hybrid work - 2-3 days at our office in Düsseldorf.
- Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
- Inform customers about order status invoices contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.
- Execute customer service strategies.
- Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in Order Management Customer Service Logistics Transportation or a similar field.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills as daily collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders takes place in both languages.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with good prioritization skills.
