Customer Operations Specialist FluentNative Japanese (mfd)

Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Operations Specialist to support purchasing and supply chain this role you will coordinate orders work closely with suppliers and internal teams and help ensure smooth day-to-day logistics processes in an international environment.

• Managing supply and purchasing data
• Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
• Communicating with suppliers and internal departments
• Monitoring stock levels and delivery schedules
• Handling returns and resolving logistics-related issues
• Supporting smooth supply chain operations
• Identifying potential risks and helping find practical solutions

• Completed commercial or logistics-related vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in purchasing logistics supply chain customer service or order management
• Organised and reliable working style
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Business fluent German and English
• Good MS Office skills
• Interest in working in an international environment
