Customer Care & Claims Agent Netherlands (mfd)

• Youre the first point of contact for our customers and partners in the Netherlands. You take calls and emails log them properly and like to sort things out right on the first contact.
• You take on new claims cases yourself and keep an eye on them proactively so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Being reachable and hitting our service levels isnt down to luck for you its the result of how independently and responsibly you work.
• You make sure our customers and partners can always understand how and why we make our decisions.
• Our CRM (Hubspot) and our self-built contract management system are in good hands with you you use and maintain both actively.
• Together with our Operations team you keep fine-tuning our processes so things run more smoothly for customers partners and us internally.

• Dutch is your mother tongue and youre fluent in English. German is a nice bonus but not a must.
• You bring experience in customer service customer care or a service center and ideally youve already spent some time in the insurance industry.
• Customer focus decisiveness and assertiveness arent foreign concepts to you and you communicate really well.
• Youre simply a friendly open person who enjoys talking writing and chatting with customers.
• Nice to have: youve already worked in a B2B environment youre interested in our products youre tech-savvy and you use AI tools naturally to work more efficiently.
