Create manage and optimize high-performing campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and support long-term growth
Increase customer lifetime value through smart re-order retention and cross-selling initiatives
Design and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve customer journeys and key repeat-customer KPIs
Develop new ideas and initiatives to boost customer loyalty for example through referral programs loyalty incentives or other retention measures
Identify new target groups and translate insights into effective segmentation strategies and automated workflows
Drive the strategic development and execution of lead generation measures across the customer lifecycle
Explore and test new communication channels such as SMS or WhatsApp to create even more relevant and engaging customer experiences

Have a degree in a business technical or related field such as business administration economics or informatics or bring a comparable qualification
Have already gained 23 years of experience working with a CRM system or marketing automation platform ideally HubSpot
Combine strong analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset and enjoy turning ideas into action
Like working collaboratively across teams and bring a proactive solution-oriented attitude
Are fluent in German
Ideally have a good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical industry
