As a Corporate EHS Manager you will work hand in hand with our international executives and an international team of motivated EHS Managers and can rely on their support.
As part of our Corporate EHS team you will support sites and regions in Germany and other European countries in shaping their safety culture introducing central standards and acting as the first point of contact for our local managing directors and EHS this context you will take over the professional leadership and development of the local EHS managers in your region and report directly to the Head of Corporate EHS.
In addition you will work in international teams on the conceptual design of group-wide safety initiatives and programs (such as our Life Saving Rules) introduce these in individual training programs and workshops with specialists and leaders and support their implementation. You will develop the competencies and soft skills of the responsible individuals in training and coaching sessions in order to continuously improve and strengthen our safety culture.
We will accompany you on this journey and develop your competencies and soft skills with individual and tailored training courses.

You should have a degree in safety engineering or a comparable university degree with training as an occupational safety specialist. For us good communication and moderation skills at all levels of the company as well as a conceptual and structured way of working are just as much a part of your profile as a good command of English (written and spoken) and a moderate willingness to travel.
It would be an advantage if you have sound experience in occupational and plant safety from the manufacturing industry.
