Be more than just an employeebecome a co-creator: as a Copywriter (m/f/d)

Where At one of our locations in Germany: Mainz or Berlin

• Create compelling audience-focused copy for digital and traditional communication channels
• Develop high-quality content for websites landing pages email campaigns blogs social media platforms and sales and marketing materials
• Shape refine and maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Design and Product teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns
• Conduct audience competitor and market research to identify relevant topics emerging trends and content opportunities
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) user experience and conversion performance
• Review edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy clarity consistency and adherence to quality standards
• Adapt messaging and content to different target audiences channels formats and business objectives
• Support the development and execution of content strategies editorial planning and integrated marketing campaigns
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines company values and overall business objectives

• Successfully completed degree in marketing communication studies English or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role (portfolio required)
• Excellent skills in writing editing and proofreading
• Strong understanding of tone style and target audience
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English German is a plus
