Youwill support co-packing operations in term of service cost health andsafety quality food defense sustainability legal requirements and policies this role you will implement the co-packing strategy and execute operations to ensure optimum logisticssolutions while supporting various routes-to-market and balancing service and cost. You will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) businesspartners to ensure effective management timely solutions and execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage the areacustomization(co-pack) team and collaborate with other regionalcustomizationand central process tower leads to ensure best practices
Own cross-functional relationships driving consistent cross-category ways of working
Manage changeprogramsin collaboration with other stakeholders
Manage a strong area governance process to monitor and deliver the annual areaprograms(e.g. Productivity)
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Proven experience leading developing and coaching a team
Specialist in at least one of the following disciplines and a general business knowledge of all: Lean Six Sigmawarehouse and distribution Customization data analysis project management customerlogistics
Extensive proven integrated supply chain experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment
Able to build a strong network of relationships internally and externally
