Contract Specialist

Primary Function of Position:

The Contracts Specialist will perform a full spectrum of contractual tasks including drafting and minor negotiation of agreements linked to Intuitive Surgicals commercial and customer support activities. The Contract Specialist will ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulations and contribute to projects aiming at improving Intuitive Surgicals business support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing and discussing contracts letters and further documents associated with commercial and customer support activities of Intuitive Surgical (e.g. simple sale and lease agreements product loan agreements training proctoring consulting sponsoring discount/rebate agreements and other miscellaneous agreements based on Intuitive Surgicals templates).
• Ensure compliance to company policy and applicable regulations.
• Build partnership with Intuitive Surgicals Marketing Clinical Legal Sales Services Accounting Logistics and Finance teams and other internal stakeholders on various commercial system sale process and customer support processes and ensure quality contractual support and advice.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations with external customers; coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Intuitive Surgicals various contract databases contract life cycle management.
• Generate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring contract status and revenue.
• Managing contract information to facilitate revenue recognition audits as well

Qualifications :

Required Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of experience in reviewing and managing customer relationship.
• Strong interest towards business and commercial financial activities readiness to work hand-in-hand with Sales in the frontline.
• Detail oriented organized and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail as well as strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently multitask and prioritize duties.

Languages:

• Fluent in English and German is required additional European language is a plus.

Location

• Based in Freiburg office on site 3 days a week

Das Eintrittsdatum kann dabei angepasst werden sofern der Genehmigungsprozess den Einstellungsbedarf nicht unangemessen beeinträchtigt.

Diese Position kann abhängig von den betrieblichen Anforderungen und/oder der Erfahrung der ausgewählten Kandidatin bzw. des ausgewählten Kandidaten auf einer anderen Jobstufe als hier angegeben besetzt werden. Die Vergütung richtet sich nach der Jobstufe sowie der Qualifikationen der Kandidatin bzw. des Kandidaten selbstverständlich unter Berücksichtigung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
