We are expanding our teams in our Contracts andProcurement department of GMV to support the selection and negotiation ofcontracts and agreements with GMV partners for different businessopportunities. To suport this we are looking for a Contracts Officer to join our team!

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON

Preparation review and negotiation of terms and conditionsof business agreements with customers and partners (Contracts NDA MOU etc.).

Support the projects and proposal managers to resolve contractual issues duringproject execution and proposal preparation.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM

We require the following knowledge and experience:

• Good background on Commercial Law practices specially oninternational commerce.

• Preferably with a Degree/Master in Laws.

• Notions onbusiness administration and accounting practices.

• Excellent command of Germanand English written and spoken specifically in the applicable professionalfields of the vacancy.

• Empathy and good negotiation skills.

We would also value the following knowledge and experience:

• Kowledge of the Space sector or similar industrialbackgrounds

We will also require an ability to travel: Thework will mostly be based on GMV Premises but short (2-3 days) businesstravels may be required with certain frequency (8-12 travels per year).
