- Manage written conversations on behalf of our creators across various online platforms.
- Build strong customer relationships through engaging and authentic communication.
- Identify sales opportunities and maximize customer lifetime value through strategic upselling.
- Maintain a professional consistent and engaging communication style at all times.
- Accurately document all conversations and relevant customer information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously optimize communication strategies and overall performance.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Strong empathy and the ability to build genuine connections with different personalities.
- Self-disciplined reliable and results-driven.
- Comfortable working with 18 content.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support live chat sales or copywriting.
- Additional language skills besides English especially German Spanish French Italian Portuguese or Dutch.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
