- You advise our customers regarding HR processes and the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
- You analyze consult design and implement applications for defined HR business processes
- You execute specified tasks in a project independently and take responsibility for their execution. If needed you investigate alternative solutions for a defined problem
- You support the comprehensive integration of SAP SuccessFactors into an existing process and system landscape for our customers
- You are responsible for the management of a defined sub-project and take care of project-related tasks (scheduling resource planning and budgeting for your sub-project)
- You develop and optimize interfaces
- Degree in computer science information systems or business administration or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant SAP certification in HR/Cloud and/or interfaces desirable
- Typically 2 or more years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions Web technologies and business integration solutions
- Strong presentation communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel high achievement motivation
- Fluent in English and German both written and spoken
