Construction Project Manager Data Centers, Substations & MVHV Infrastructure (mfd)

Your Role

As a Construction Project Manager - Data Centers Sub-Stations & MV/HV Infrastructure (m/f/d) you will lead the delivery of mission-critical data center and electrical infrastructure projects across our growing portfolio. This role is particularly focused on projects involving MV/HV power infrastructure substations utility interfaces and electrical distribution systems making it a unique opportunity for professionals with both construction management and power infrastructure experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning coordination and delivery of data center and corresponding infrastructure (like substations) construction projects from inception through completion.
• Develop and monitor project budgets schedules forecasts and project controls.
• Oversee construction activities on-site ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate contractors consultants subcontractors and vendors to support project delivery objectives.
• Monitor project performance identify risks and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
• Review project documentation change requests payment applications and invoices.
• Support cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency and value improvement.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to key stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication and governance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote a culture of collaboration accountability continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all health and safety requirements.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
• 3 years of experience managing construction projects within data centers mission-critical facilities power infrastructure industrial projects or other complex construction environments.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies project controls contract administration and risk management.
• Experience coordinating contractors consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with Medium-Voltage (MV) and High-Voltage (HV) electrical infrastructure projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of substations electrical distribution systems grid connections transformers switchgear and power infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced project environment.
• Fluent English communication skills; German is an advantage.
