Compliance Manager Dutch speaking (all genders)

About the role:

This role combines ownership of Serralas established compliance framework with broader legal responsibilities including contract negotiations legal advisory ESG initiatives and support for commercial business activities.

Your Day to Day:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for a global provider of cash and payment solutions.
• Advise management and business stakeholders on compliance and general legal matters.
• Review and negotiate customer contracts particularly regarding regulatory and commercial obligations.
• Support customer tenders (RFPs/RFQs) and maintain compliance-related documentation.
• Identify assess and mitigate compliance risks and further develop policies and processes.
• Deliver training and raise awareness on compliance topics across the organisation.
• Support audits compliance reviews and certifications (ISO SOC 2).
• Lead ESG-related activities including reporting sustainability initiatives and communication with authorities and external stakeholders.

What makes you excel in this position:

• Fully qualified lawyer with a degree in Law Business Law or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in compliance and general commercial legal matters ideally in an international environment.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating customer contracts and advising business stakeholders on legal topics.
• Broad understanding of relevant Dutch German and European regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills business judgement and a pragmatic hands-on approach.
• Languages: Dutch (C2) and English (C1/C2); German skills (B2) are an advantage.
