• Bearbeitung von Werkstücken nach Zeichnung und CNC-Programmen
• Einrichten Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
• Optimierung von CNC-Programmen und Bearbeitungsabläufen
• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Werker-Selbstprüfung
• Unterstützung bei Werkzeug- und Prozessoptimierungen
• Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Vorgaben

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Frästechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen wünschenswert
• Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
• Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
