This role is based permanently out of a fast-paced dynamic trading floor environment in our Munich office.
Role Summary:
As a Client Support Executive you will play a pivotal role acting as a middle-desk expert between our corporate clients the Front of House (Sales/Dealers) and back-office/compliance departments. Your main mission is to ensure international clients receive exceptional trade execution support and operational service. This is a highly collaborative analytical and resilient role reporting directly to the Director & Head of Austria & Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Department Collaboration: Connect daily with internal sales operations and compliance teams to ensure a frictionless client experience for trade settlements and conflict resolution.
Trade & Cash Flow Support: Partner closely with Dealers to support client inquiries monitor outstanding trades requiring wire instructions and secure timely collections of outstanding receivables (Trades deposits and Losses).
Client Empowerment: Educate corporate clients on operational processes and promote the secure online trading platform to drive client self-sufficiency and minimize manual transaction errors.
Compliance & Investigation: Act as a central point of contact for Salesforce payment investigations and address routine compliance queries (internal and banking) while upholding regulatory obligations like GDPR.
Issue Management: Document client interactions in the CRM system compile operational error reports handle first-level dealer or client complaints and systematically escalate structural issues to the Head of Client Support.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a client-facing operations trade support or payment operations role within the Foreign Exchange (FX) or banking sector.
Languages:Fluent German speaker with excellent business-level English proficiency (both written and spoken are mandatory for regional and global collaboration).
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy particularly with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Outlook and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly valued).
Mindset & Working Style: Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working under pressure within a vibrant fast-paced trading floor environment.
