The Opportunity
Ardian is seeking ahighly motivated Analystto join itsClient Solutions (Investor Relations)team in Frankfurt. The team plays a central role in Ardians fundraising activities and in managing long-term relationships with institutional investors worldwide.
This position offersdirect exposure to the Private Equity environment close interaction with international Investor Relations and investment teams and a steep learning curve in a fast-paced high-performance setting.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Investor Engagement
- Preparehigh-quality tailor-made investor presentations and analysesto support fundraising and client interactions.
- Producekey fund metrics performance analyses and financial insightsfor investor due diligence.
- Prepare maintain and further developmarketing and due diligence materials including presentations and Excel-based documentation.
- Supportportfolio modelling and investment simulationsfor new and existing funds.
Investor Reporting & Coordination
- Managead-hoc and time-critical investor requests often in parallel and under tight deadlines.
- Translatecomplex fund-related and investment topicsinto clear concise and investor-appropriate materials.
- Coordinate closely withInvestment Legal Compliance and Fund Finance teamsto gather validate and consolidate information.
Market Intelligence & Projects
- Supportmarket regulatory and investor-related projects including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in mapping theinvestor landscapeand identifying potential LPs using internal and external databases.
- MonitorPrivate Equity market trends fundraising activity and competitive developments.
What We Are Looking For
- Native German speakerfluent in English(written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency inExcel and PowerPoint with confidence in handling financial and investor data.
- Solid understanding ofcorporate finance and Private Equity fund structures.
- Ability towork effectively under time pressure manage multiple topics simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong client focus with a high level of professionalism and ownership toward investor requirements and deliverables.
- Proactive resilient detail-oriented and collaborative mindset in an international environment.
Your Background
- Masters degree (or equivalent) inFinance Business Administration Economics or a related field.
- Strong interest inPrivate Equity and alternative investments.
- Relevant experience through internships or an analyst role inPrivate Equity Asset Management Investment Banking Consulting or related fields.
