• Selbstständiges Herstellen und Montieren von komplexen vielfältigen und einteiligen chirurgischen Instrumenten

• Einrichten des Arbeitsplatzes sowie Arbeiten an konventionellen Maschinen

• Schleifen Entgraten Feilen Biegen Richten Bohren und Montieren von chirurgischen Instrumenten und Einzelteilen

• Erlernen und Beibehalten von Prozessanforderungen im zugewiesenen Bereich um Sicherheits- Qualitäts- Compliance- und Produktionsziele sowie Schulungsanforderungen zu erfüllen

• Durchführen von In-Prozess-Prüfungen und Qualitätsprüfungen nach Vorgaben

• Durchführung von Funktions- und Oberflächenprüfungen

• Termin- und sachgerechte Montage nach Fertigungsauftrag Montage- und Prüfanweisung Verfahrensanweisung und Zeichnung

• Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Messinstrumenten

• Mitwirken an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung bspw. als Chirurgiemechaniker/-in Werkzeugmechaniker/-in Fachrichtung Instrumententechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Ausbildungsberufs

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder eine Kombination aus Bildung Erfahrung und/oder Ausbildung

• Sorgfältiges und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten

• Bereitschaft in anderen Bereichen zu unterstützen

• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

• Englisch-Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
