- Proactive care and attention to the needs of young children.
- Support with homework and basic academic reinforcement activities.

- Creating a safe and trusting environment for children.
- A strong educational vocation (training in Early Childhood Education Teaching Psychology or Leisure and Free Time Activity Leader is an advantage).
- Responsible punctual and proactive person.
- Previous childcare references are an advantage.
