Chef (mfd) – Breakfast

What does your working day look like ...

• You take care of our guests from early birds to morning grumps.
• You prepare your shift and make sure everything is clean and tidy afterwards.
• You work independently and keep a cool head even when breakfast gets really busy.
• You work close to our guests in our open kitchen and prepare egg dishes as well as other hot breakfast dishes fresh and à la minute.
• You make sure that breakfast is a real culinary treat for our guests.
• You pay attention to cleanliness and ensure that our hygiene standards are followed.
• You always keep an eye on the breakfast buffet and make sure everything is fresh fully stocked and attractively presented.

Qualifications :

Your personality matters more than your CV

• You enjoy being up before everyone else and have everything under control from early in the morning.
• You have completed professional training as a chef and have gained some initial experience in a hotel restaurant or other hospitality environment.
• You are eager to learn something new and stay patient when everyone hits the breakfast buffet at the same time.
• You are passionate about good food and enjoy preparing the most important meal of the day.
• You bring not only your skills but also your personality.
• You work reliably and independently and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• You have a good command of German ensuring smooth communication with your team and our guests.
