Cash & Liquidity Manager (fmd)
Job Summary
Your role
In this central role you will support and shape treasury-related projects and processes across the Group. You will work closely with Accounting FP&A Tax and Legal contributing directly to sound financial decision-making and the optimisation of Group liquidity.
What youll do
- Own the Groups liquidity forecasting methodology governance and planning process.
- Consolidate review and challenge rolling 13-week and 12-month cash flow forecasts across the Group.
- Develop the annual top-down liquidity outlook and support long-term cash planning.
- Analyse forecast variances liquidity drivers and funding requirements.
- Manage operational foreign exchange exposures and support the execution and monitoring of FX hedging activities.
- Identify investment opportunities and funding needs to optimise Group liquidity.
- Prepare liquidity reporting and provide decision support for senior management.
- Drive automation AI initiatives and the continuous improvement of forecasting and reporting processes.
- Support treasury policy compliance and contribute to cross-functional treasury projects.
What you should bring
- Several years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Cash & Liquidity Management ideally in an international organisation.
- Strong experience in liquidity planning cash flow forecasting and forecast analysis.
- A solid understanding of FX risk management and hedging activities.
- A university degree in Finance Business Administration or a related fieldor an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and automation or digitalisation initiatives is a plus.
- Very good Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
- A proactive collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working across functions and countries.
