C# Developer (all genders)

We are looking for an /C# Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of modern web applications in the FinTech sector. You will work in a skilled and collaborative environment using modern Microsoft technologies (.NET 8) to build reliable maintainable and high-quality software solutions. As a full-stack developer you will contribute across the entire application stack with a primary focus on backend services and APIs while also supporting frontend development where needed.

Tasks

• Develop clean maintainable testable and reusable C# code based on business requirements and user stories
• Design develop and maintain applications using Core MVC Core Razor Pages and Entity Framework Core.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs following best practices and scalable architecture principles
• Contribute to frontend development using HTML5 CSS Bootstrap JavaScript and TypeScript
• Work with SQL Server including data modelling query optimization and performance tuning
• Implement automated tests (unit and integration) to ensure software quality
• Collaborate using Git-based workflows and participate in code reviews
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Work with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based architectures
• Analyze troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality architecture and development processes

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with C# and ecosystem
• Hands-on experience Framework (maintenance and enhancement of legacy applications) 8 / Core for modern application development
• Solid experience with and Entity Framework Core
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server relational database design and query optimization.
• Experience with frontend technologies (HTML5 JavaScript/TypeScript CSS)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. xUnit NUnit MSTest)
• Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience using Git in collaborative development environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tooling
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on code quality
• Good command of English and German
