• Analyze design and optimize global business processes to improve efficiency quality and transparency
• Drive process standardization and harmonization initiatives across countries products and functions
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements improvement opportunities and future process needs
• Lead process improvement initiatives and develop sustainable solution concepts aligned with business objectives
• Support business transformation digitalization and system implementation projects
• Create and maintain process documentation process maps and governance standards
• Facilitate workshops foster cross-functional collaboration and actively promote process excellence across the organization
• Support testing training and change management activities during process and system implementations

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Informatics Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in process management process engineering logistics or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Project management skills and experience in cross-functional projects
• Ability to work independently and drive topics with a high degree of ownership
• Fluent English skills both written and spoken
