Job Summary
- Experience 20 years with prior P&L / delivery / business leadership experience in automotive engineering or technology services.
- Domain Preference Automotive electronics and software; SDV E/E architecture vehicle engineering validation ADAS connected systems and electrification preferred. Primary Mandate Own Germany TBU operations strategic account growth delivery performance local customer governance and P&L. Key Responsibilities - Germany
- Own revenue margin forecast delivery health and customer satisfaction for Germany TBU operations.
- Build and deepen senior relationships with German OEMs Tier-1s and automotive technology partners.
- Drive strategic opportunities in SDV E/E architecture ADAS validation vehicle engineering cockpit connected vehicle and electrification.
- Lead delivery governance for Germany accounts including escalation management programme health reviews and customer commitments.
- Create a Germany-centric nearshore / customer-facing model supported by India-scale engineering delivery.
- Provide market intelligence on German automotive technology priorities competitive movement and sourcing trends. Success Measures - Germany Metric Area Indicative Measures P&L Revenue growth gross margin profitability and forecast accuracy. Strategic Growth Expansion in German OEM/Tier-1 accounts and conversion of multi-year programmes. Delivery Programme health escalation closure quality and delivery predictability. Customer Leadership Senior stakeholder access and strengthened strategic positioning for Tata Elxsi.
