- Durchführung von Marktanalysen Bewertung von Marktanforderungen sowie Umsetzung von Strategien zur Neukundengewinnung
- Steuerung gezielter Business-Development-Aktivitäten für Automotive-Key-Accounts sowie Erstellung von Businessplänen
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Key Account Manager
- Verantwortung für technische Abstimmungen Validierungsprozesse und Vertragsverhandlungen mit KUKA-Kunden
- Entwicklung der Automotive-Portfoliostrategie (kurz- mittel- und langfristig) sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Forschung & Entwicklung
- Sicherstellung der inhaltlich terminlich und qualitativ hochwertigen Nachverfolgung angefragter Produkte und Standardlösungen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Großprojekten sowie bei Produkteinführungen
- Eigenständige Durchführung technischer Präsentationen und Repräsentation des Automotive-Bereichs auf Messen Fachveranstaltungen und Konferenzen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau Elektrotechnik Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich der industriellen Robotik
- Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches und kommerzielles Verständnis idealerweise ergänzt durch entsprechende Weiterbildungen oder Zusatzqualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Kunden der Automobilindustrie insbesondere im Business Development und/oder Key Account Management
- Umfassende Marktkenntnisse sowie ein starkes Netzwerk bei internationalen Automobilkunden
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft auch für internationale Reisen außerhalb Europas
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie Teamorientierung
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative Durchsetzungsvermögen und kooperativer Arbeitsweise
- Entscheidungsstärke ausgeprägte Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie exzellente Kommunikationskompetenz
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse insbesondere in MS Office SAP Salesforce oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
