Business Analyst (mfd)

• Drive business initiatives and collaborate with German OEM stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Elicit analyze document and manage business and functional requirements through workshops stakeholder interviews and process analysis.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Specifications (FRS) user stories acceptance criteria process flows and business process models.
• Act as the primary interface between business users Product Owners customer SMEs and Agile delivery teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies backlog refinement sprint planning demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Recommend business process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives across the automotive domain.
• Develop solution proposals business cases RFP/RFI responses and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Ensure compliance with EU GDPR including preparation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA) and Data Erasure Concepts (DEC).

Qualifications :

• You have a good understanding of automotive business processes.
• You have experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with onsite customer stakeholders.
• You hold an IOBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst certification or equivalent (preferred).
• You possess excellent communication stakeholder management analytical and documentation skills.
• You have experience with Jira Confluence BPMN SQL Agile/SAFe and German language proficiency (B1/B2).
