As a Business Analyst - Media (all genders) you support the Media Sales and Product teams with data-driven insights and scalable analytics solutions. You help optimize campaign and product performance improve reporting transparency and contribute to data-informed decision-making across media and advertising this role you combine strong business understanding with hands-on analytical and engineering skills to build reliable maintainable reporting and data solutions.
- Create and maintain dashboards reports and analyses for Media Sales and Product teams
- Analyze campaign product and user performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate business needs from Media Sales and Product into analytical requirements metric definitions dashboards and scalable reporting solutions
- Integrate transform and validate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines data models and analytics solutions
- Ensure data quality consistency and reliability across reporting and analytics processes
- Work closely with Product Managers Media Sales Data Engineers and other stakeholders
- Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Degree in Computer Science Business Administration Mathematics Statistics or a similar field
- 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics Analytics Engineering or a related area
- Strong skills in SQL BI tools and data visualization
- Good understanding of data modeling ETL/ELT processes data quality and scalable analytics workflows
- Experience with Python and modern data platforms
- Familiarity with Git testing CI/CD or software engineering practices is beneficial
- Comfortable using modern AI tools while critically validating outputs and respecting data privacy standards
- Familiarity with media advertising campaign performance or digital product analytics is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative data-driven mindset
- Good English skills; German is a plus
