Job Description Summary

Broker Coordinator(m/w/d)will support our team of commercial real estateadviserby managing administrative tasks coordinating transactions and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skillsin English and German.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistadviserin managing real estate transactions from listing to closing including preparing and reviewing documents scheduling inspections and coordinating with clients attorneys and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support toadvisers including managing calendars scheduling meetings preparing reports and maintaining client databases.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including property listings brochures online advertisements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients responding to inquiries providing updates and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support brokers in identifying potential opportunities and making informed decisions.
  • Independent creation of presentations fornational andinternational(Corporate)clients
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate withother departmentson behalf ofadviserfor the creation of pitch/proposal as needed.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Vocational Training in Real Estate orBachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field
  • First working experience within the commercial real estate industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsin German and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office andadvanced PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
