Position: Marketing Expert Brand Marketing (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design task briefs from real brand marketing experiences. Focus on testing planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.
• Specify documents dashboards personas and tool states for realistic task versions.
• Write or review reference answers. Define criteria separating strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts. Judge them against your standards.
• Evaluate AI capabilities in diagnosing data prioritizing planning QA triage research reporting and orchestrating multi-step work.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on practitioner experience in brand marketing. Experience owning positioning brand tracking and brand investment decisions.
• Comfortable with brand tracking studies share-of-voice data and Google Analytics 4.
• Clear written reasoning. Ability to explain why decisions are right.

Preferred

• Experience building AI training environments RL environments or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
