As the Boutique Manager of our prestigious Hamburg location you will be at the forefront of delivering this vision. You will lead inspire and develop a high-performing team of 15 employees driving commercial success while upholding the Maisons commitment to unparalleled client service.

Lead & Inspire: Foster a collaborative and engaging team environment acting as a role model and coach to cultivate individual talents and drive collective success.
Drive Commercial Performance: Develop and execute innovative boutique strategies that leverage omnichannel opportunities to maximize sales and exceed targets.
Elevate Client Experience: Champion exceptional client experiences building lasting relationships and fostering client loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
Strategic Implementation: Implement the Maisons corporate marketing and sales guidelines ensuring brand consistency and driving strategic initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all boutique operations ensuring compliance optimizing efficiency and promoting best practices across the organization.
Represent the Maison: Embody the Cartier spirit and represent the Maison at internal meetings events and special occasions enhancing our presence as a top luxury brand in Hamburg.

Proven Leadership: Several years of experience successfully leading motivating and developing high-performing teams within a luxury retail environment.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies leveraging data and insights to drive performance.
Client-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for creating exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships.
Adaptability & Innovation: Embrace change and navigate the evolving retail landscape leveraging new digital tools and technologies to enhance the client journey.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of retail operations including inventory management compliance and visual merchandising.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
