Key Responsibilities:
Support various battery testing activities and operate laboratory equipment including voltage and temperature sampling insulation/withstand voltage testers microscopes CT X-ray SEM/EDS and other analytical equipment.
Process employee travel expenses and explain reimbursement routines.
Perform cell disassembly in accordance with internal procedures including opening aluminum cell casings and separating tabs cathode/anode electrodes separators and other internal components.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness organization and 5S standards also regular inspection of tools equipment etc.
Support the procurement inventory management and replenishment of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other laboratory materials.
Support the handling transportation sorting and storage of battery in accordance with internal safety requirements.
Technical background.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn battery analysis techniques.
High sense of responsibility.
