You are passionate about maintaining a clean organized and efficient work environment behind the scenes. You take pride in ensuring that equipment utensils and workspaces are always ready to support exceptional guest experiences. Whether supporting kitchen operations organizing equipment for events or maintaining hygiene standards you help create the foundation for our success every day.

What your responsibilities are...

• You help keep our kitchen and back-of-house areas clean organized and ready for operation.

• You ensure that kitchen equipment utensils and supplies are cleaned sanitized and stored correctly.

• You support the management and organization of Food & Beverage equipment.

• You assist with the setup and breakdown of banquets conferences and special events.

• You help maintain Marriott HACCP and safety standards at all times.

• You identify and report maintenance hygiene and safety concerns.

• You work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• You contribute to a safe efficient and well-organized work environment.

What we would like from you...

• You have previous experience in stewarding Food & Beverage operations hospitality or a kitchen environment.

• You understand the importance of cleanliness hygiene and safety in a professional hospitality setting.

• You are organized reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.

• You approach your work with professionalism motivation and a structured mindset.

• You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards.

• You have a good command of English.
