AWS Cloud Platform Engineer (mfd)

• Design build and continuously improve our internal developer platform on AWS using Terraform with a strong focus on scalability reliability and developer experience 
• Automate infrastructure delivery through CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Spacelift) and expand self-service capabilities for product teams 
• Own and evolve core platform components so teams can build deploy and operate services more autonomously 
• Review pull requests share knowledge and help maintain high engineering standards across the platform 
• Evaluate and introduce new AWS services tools and cloud-native patterns where they add clear value 
• Strengthen the platforms security compliance and resilience through clear standards guardrails and robust platform design 
• Work closely with product teams to understand their needs remove bottlenecks in developer workflows and translate those needs into scalable platform solutions 

Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on experience operating critical large-scale AWS environments with broad knowledge of AWS technologies across areas such as compute storage networking backup and recovery and cloud security best practices 
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform CI/CD and automation practices agile software delivery and Platform Engineering concepts ideally including the development of internal developer platforms 
• A strong sense of end-to-end ownership and the ability to reliably drive topics forward even in complex environments 
• Clear and respectful communication skills openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset that supports knowledge sharing and continuous learning 
• A systems and product mindset with a strong focus on internal users and their needs 
• The ability to challenge existing solutions thoughtfully and make sound engineering trade-offs that balance quality speed and maintainability 
• Curiosity forward-looking thinking and a structured approach to discussions that helps drive continuous improvement
