Associate Product Manager Investments

Were seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Investments Team to help shape and elevate our core Investments offerings. Our Investments team is dedicated to empowering retail investors by building accessible transparent andinnovative wealth-building products.

As an Associate Product Manager in this team youll learn the intricacies of the Product Manager role ramping up andlearning how others do it while being hands on and contributing to the actual work. Youll collaborate cross-functionallywith engineering design business data compliance and external stakeholders to build incrementally challengingfeatures and products. Above all youll bring a passion for personal finance to the team using your drive to help peoplebuild a better relationship with their money and achieve their goals.

• Co-own a teams Roadmap: You will co-define with other Product Managers and execute incrementally challenging parts of the product strategy. Youll work together in order to ensure theres alignment with N26s broader wealth-building goals and adapting swiftly to shifting market dynamics.
• Drive the Execution: gradually in order to ramp up into the role youll drive the product development lifecycle for new and existing Investments featuresfrom initial user research and technical scoping to engineering delivery go-to- market strategy and post-launch iteration.
• Navigate Complex Ecosystems: Act as the central node between engineering design compliance and legal teams to safely and swiftly bring scalable products to market while adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
• Build Stakeholder relationships: Working closely with other teams is a fundamental aspect of the success you can have as a product manager. Building relationships with other team players early on is critical.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Dive deep into user behavior market trends and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities optimize the customer journey and continuously refine our portfolio.

Background:

• 2 years of experience working in a product team or 3 years of experience in customer-facing teams which work closely to the product team. Preferred Fintechexperience.
• Deep empathy for the user. You care deeply about UX and know how to translate complex financial concepts into simple intuitive and engaging customer journeys.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering compliance legal marketing and finance teams as well as managing external B2B relationships.
• Strong ability to interpret investment data market trends and user insights to optimize adoption retention and product growth.
