Job Summary

As part of the Executive Office you will work at the core of our organization supporting senior leadership on the most critical strategic and operational priorities. You will take on increasing responsibility in driving high-impact projects coordinating complex workstreams and preparing key decision materials for top management.

In close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners you will contribute to shaping the companys strategic agenda and ensuring effective execution across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-priority strategic and operational projects for the Executive Office from concept to execution with a clear focus on cross-functional delivery timelines and measurable outcomes

  • Structure steer and monitor complex workstreams across senior stakeholders ensuring transparent decision-making clear ownership and disciplined follow-up

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans governance formats and decision papers for senior management and key internal committees

  • Lead selected business-critical initiatives independently and act as a trusted interface between the Executive Office and senior leaders across functions regions and external partners

  • Prepare high-quality briefings presentations and management materials for decision forums board-level discussions and investor or partner interactions

  • Analyze business cases synthesize complex information quickly and derive practical recommendations for senior decision-makers

  • Coordinate multiple parallel priorities in a dynamic environment proactively identifying dependencies risks and escalation needs

  • Support the design and implementation of transformation performance improvement and special situation projects with a strong execution mindset

  • Build robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to efficient collaboration across the wider Executive Office environment

  • Contribute hands-on to priority topics of the Executive Office combining strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and a strong sense for pace quality and discretion

What we look for:

  • Excellent academic background in business economics finance law real estate or a comparable discipline

  • Several years of relevant experience in a project-driven environment such as consulting asset management corporate strategy transaction advisory or a comparable executive support function

  • Strong exposure to managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders ideally in an international and fast-paced business environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior counterparts

  • Solid commercial understanding and confidence in working on analytically demanding topics and decision-oriented materials

  • Advanced MS Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to prepare polished and concise management documents

  • Excellent project management capabilities with a structured hands-on and implementation-oriented working style

  • Outstanding organizational skills high ownership and the ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail

  • Sharp analytical and conceptual skills paired with sound judgment and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

  • High resilience discretion and flexibility combined with the confidence to operate effectively in a senior executive environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt style and message to different audiences

  • Business fluent in German and English
