What you can expect:
During your training you will gain comprehensive insight into all processes related to the planning and execution of events:
- Organization and planning of events (conferences celebrations corporate events)
- Advising and supporting our guests and clients
- Preparation of event proposals and schedules
- Coordination with various hotel departments (service kitchen technical team)
- Assisting with the on-site execution of events
- Insights into marketing sales and customer relationship management
- Post-event follow-up and billing
What we expect from you:
Interest in organization planning and events
A friendly and service-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Reliability and commitment
Flexibility (including occasional evenings and weekends)
Good command of German; knowledge of English is an advantage
