Join our team as an Application Specialist (f/m/d) and become the bridge between healthcare business needs and technology. You will be responsible for optimizing our applications supporting users and driving continuous improvements to create efficient reliable and future-ready digital solutions.

• Provide user support troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth application operations.
• Act as the key interface between business teams and IT to deliver effective application solutions.
• Configure customize and continuously optimize applications to support business processes.
• Manage application implementations upgrades integrations and enhancements.
• Train users and maintain clear documentation to enable efficient application usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams vendors and stakeholders on projects and continuous improvements.
• Monitor application performance and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Health Informatics Business Informatics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in application management application support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem including its stakeholders and market dynamics.
• Solid understanding of databases and APIs
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication presentation stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical strategic and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• Collaborative team player with strong networking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
