Ambassador Client Relations Centre (m/f/d)

As Ambassador CRC you are the central point of contact for the customers of the Client Relations Centre Europe (CRC) Andrea CRC Manager

Indulge your passion

• in advising clients in Europe on Sales done through our Online Boutique and on After Sales topics
• in liaising with clients by phone e-mail and Chat in the respective languages: French and English is a must; two other languages (Italian Spanish or German) would be a plus
• in recognizing and strengthening customers interest in purchasing converting their interest into phone orders
• in generating additional sales and increasing the average basket by cross-selling up-selling etc.
• in accurately entering phone orders offers returns cancellations and refunds the internal systems
• in supporting customers by phone entering online orders
• in independently handling customer requests for repair status price facilities and technical explanations
• in handling complaints via phone email or chat
• in monitoring delivery times and collaborating with the distribution centre in terms of availability and delivery dates
• in checking creditworthiness of online customers and manually validating all online orders to ensure reliable fraud prevention

Youll have

• completed university studies training in retail or a comparable education
• excellent knowledge of Spanish with German and English being mandatory in any case
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• professional experience in high-quality customer service a call center or hospitality ideally with phone sales experience
• sales experience or contact with customers in retail
• a positive attitude a pleasant voice and the ability to speak in a manner appropriate for luxury goods customers
• a strong customer orientation
• basic knowledge of MS Office with SAP knowledge being a plus
• the passion and dedication to represent Montblanc as a brand Ambassador
• flexibility and strong resilience in stressful situations
• the willingness to work occasionally on Saturdays and holidays
