Alumni Network Program Manager (mfd)
Job Summary
As the Alumni Network Program Manager (m/f/d) at Atotech an MKS brand you will partner with colleagues across corporate functions and our Vacuum Photonics and Materials Solutions divisions to launch and run the inaugural MKS Alumni Network to create practical and scalable community this role you will report to the Head of Global Culture & Belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the alumni network strategy into plans timelines processes communications and repeatable operating routines.
- Launch and manage a digital alumni platform tailored to the needs of highly technical engineering and scientific professionals.
- Build a member-first experience that prioritizes peer-to-peer connection technical exchange mentoring and long-term branding in MKS.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person alumni events including speaker preparation invitations logistics follow-up and feedback.
- Partner with business units legal Environmental Social and Governance Talent & Organizational Development Communications etc. to integrate legacy cultures into a unified MKS Inc. alumni ecosystem and to support an Exit with Pride transition from employee to engaged alumni community member.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of Travel is required.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in program management community management alumni relations employee engagement communications or professional networking.
- Proven ability to turn broad direction into executable plans workflows programs and measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with community CRM email event or collaboration platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical experts operations leaders at various levels and global executives.
- Demonstrated alignment with the MKS core principles: Grow Win Innovate and Own.
- Professional working proficiency in German and English including technical and scientific discussions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within high-tech manufacturing and engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Hivebrite PeoplePath Enterprise Alumni or comparable alumni community platforms.
- Experience launching a community or program from the ground up rather than inheriting an established one.
- Experience integrating multiple legacy company cultures following mergers or acquisitions.
